Rent at our shop in the Fenix West Hotel and return at our Kutchan shop in Niseko — or the reverse. Handy if you are moving across Hokkaido mid-trip.
Set up by people who tour
Our staff ride this terrain themselves, so you get a setup matched to your ability and the week’s conditions — not whatever is left on the rack. Allow at least 30 minutes for boot and binding fitting.

No — our range is backcountry and touring gear only: touring skis, splitboards, snowshoes and avalanche safety equipment.
Yes. One-way rentals run in both directions between our shop in the Fenix West Hotel and our Kutchan shop — just tell us when you book.
Backpack, beacon, shovel and probe can be rented as a set, with airbag packs available separately. We check and brief everything before you leave the shop.
